Seems like the game might have some promise to it. i thought the controls were a little too lose and i did get a bit of framrate drop but the game has a few months before it's released
i thought it was great, just a little too short
as long as the slowdown is fixed, im definitely gonna by the gameÂ
Yeah it was short it seems more and more live demos these days are only 10 maybe 15 minutes long which is ridiculous i mean what happened to the demos that were like two levels/stages those were great although I'm sure they cant be as big these days because next gen games take up a lot of space.julianwelton
the demo was fun besides the framerate
i just want a multiplayer demo with like one co-op level and some tdm and dm
I personally thought it could turn out to be a great game it was exciting and the controlls felt good and natural although i did notice some frame rate drop once in awhile but maybe that was just my 360 over all it seemed like a really fun game.julianwelton
yeah framerate went way down once for meÂ
The demo was very short and very easy. It doesn't look like much compared to GoW.TehEnergy

neither does bio shockÂ
Stop complaining about the frame-rate. It is a demo for goodness sakes. To me, the game's frame-rate was very easy to get through. You guys need to focus on the game, not the freaking performance. If the frame-rate was really really slow ( 5 fps, for example ), then it is good enough to complain about.
Now here is my own opinion; When the game first started, I was really amazed by the outstanding rain effects that were pouring on many of the objects in the game. When me and my squad got out of the jeep, one of your squad members were talking right in-front of your face. The man's detail was outstandingly real. The way his lips synched with his voice and the fluid lighting that went on his body gave the game life. Everything felt apocalyptic in all ways, especially the destroyed cars and run-down buildings.
The squad mechanics that were presented to you were basic, true. But the AI from your allies are great. They can take cover by themselves and they can assist you when you really need help. Your enemies, while alien, are smart too. They can flank and take cover like your allies and they can communicate realisticaly to take you down.
There is no cover system in the game, but cover systems are cheap and they get rid of the intensity that we haven't seen in many shooters these days, so it is a great move from the developers. The cover areas themselves are still useful and it can become cinimatically instense when your cover is being blown to peices and you need to move some where else.
I liked the demo. From the look of the mutliplayer modes, the game looks promising. It is definatly a must buy, imo. You guys just need to look past the minor flaws and see the true game itself. It looks promising, all ways considered.
[QUOTE="True_Blu3"] 5 fps, for example joey101010It hit that spot at times.
Yeah, but it stayed like that for only a second.
I liked the demo. Never figured out any benfits to having hte option to jump though.
My Full Review of the DemoÂ
It felt like I was playing a good computer game on a really crappy PC.joey101010
Really? Because to me, it felt like I was playing a crappy computer game on a really crappy PC.Â

No way 5fps would look like a slide show because a game runs at like 30fps and if it even drops to 25 or 20 its pretty bad so if it got to 5 it would be ridiculous like it was just pictures of a game.Â
