How can I transfer my LIVE Gamertag over to another user profile on same Xbox?

Before signing in go to dashboard then choose recover gamertag, enter the gamer tag and its email and password then wait to upload.

Recover gamertag is the way to go - It will recover your achievement points if you are worried about that.

Considering I am not a big fan of Mircosoft, I have to say that they were smart and considerate for having such a feature. Saved me a year of points after upgrading to an elite console.

Yeah that's what I thought, you just worded it terrible. Is it to get the one month onto your profile?

Um are you sure you understand what it is I want? All I want is to transfer my gamertag and Xbox LIVE account from one Xbox 360 user profile to another one on the same console, since I accidentally registered the gametag and Xbox LIVE account to my brother's user profile. Tigerman950

ok so let me get this straight you signed up your free live month on your brothers profile and not your profile, but you want to transfer that free month to your profile. I dont think you can do that, or maybe you can call microsoft? If not you need to get another live card.

hrmm im not too good at picking names, took me awhile for me to be able to pick myself one! lol but here is a thought what about OddsAgainstyou or something weird with a hiden meaning
