Okay so the first time I called mircosoft I gave them my name and address. Which they got both wrong. When they sent me my box UPS called me telling me the address was wrong. So I told them my address. The box arrived the next day. Not only was the address wrong but the name. I was like WTF!!! So I called mircosoft and fixed it. I sent in that box. Every time I called to check the status I ask for my address they read me the correct one. Now my console is suppose to arrive today. I go to UPS and with tracking # today and it says "THE APARTMENT NUMBER IS MISSING OR IS INCORRECT. UPS IS ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION"
So now I am still waiting. UPS has not called me so far. And I don't know if my X360 will ever arrive. Is mircosoft #!$#! retarted. I told them my address like 10 #$@# times!!!!!! How the #!$!% can they still get it wrong. First they got my name wrong and they still get my address wrong!!!! Why can't I edit it myself!!!! I linked it to my hotmail account but every change I do from my side has no effect on their side.
If my xbox goes to the wrong address what can I do about it?
UPDATE: UPS just called me saying my address was wrong. They gave me the same exact wrong name and wrong address which I fixed a while ago. I think the problem was that I fixed it on their side (after the mistake was made) and they did not update it for the repair people. So they just sent it back to me with the original information which was wrong. It should now arrive tomarrow. This could be bad beccause after they told me they were shipping me the box I first notice a 3 red light. I called them the next day about it but since they never told repair center about my correction in name and address they probably never told them about the 3 red lights. So now i might just have to send it back again. Unless they updated that information or are giving me a refurbished system.

"Please hold on for a minute" (translated to english)

"Alright"

Indeed.  My name is not Jehk, and I fail to see how they could have gotten that out of Derek.  I hate outsourcing.

They called me Ken Chanteurn my name really is Chan Saeteurn.  Actually the only thing they got right was my phone #. Thank god because if that was wrong UPS would have not been able to call me meaning my Xbox would be lost forever. Now it should arrive tomarrow hopefully.

I think everyone in the Tech help and Shipping department are all morons. First, none of them can speak english for a damn. Second, when you think you got everything settle, you find that a week later they got all your info wrong. This is more like an epidemic. It happens way to often (mostly just the tech support that cant speak english...sry, whatever your language is.).
