...to run on an HD monitor? I have both, but don't know what I have to do.(Btw, I can't use a computer in the process.)

what do u mean? how to plug it in or how to set up the 360? In the 360 just go to settings menu and it should be there i think resolution or something like that.

if u plugged in the right cables than you will have sound along with picture
