I heard that x-box live is giving away 1 free arcade game, due to recent live problems. If this is true how do i get to the free ones?

Not confirmed even yet. but they don't know what they are going to do. Read the CES article with the Xbox ceo or something and you should find an answer from them that should satify what you need to know.
