how do i increase my reputation?

^^^^ topic, how do i increase my reputation, i have been playing Gears of War online for about a week and i still have a reputation of 3 stars. also why cant i host any games on Gears Of War, it says that there is a firewall enabled and that i need to turn it off, how do i turn off the firewall? i tried the computer one but that didnt help. plz help me.

If you have router, you probably got router. Enter Command Prompt, write IPConfig and copy your Default Gateway to your browser. When you are there, search how to disable the firewall (or open the corresponding ports).
