i dont love racing games too much. i have forza2 and almost never play it but i liked burnout paradiseand theres a good deal for 12 months gold sub. + headset + chatpad + pgr 4 for 55 bucks is ti worth it

yeah its a good racer, not as arcadey and unrealistic as burnout, and its not as a realisitic simulation as forza 2, but its a pretty good medium. the things that make it different than most racers is it has 2 ways of racing, against others & time. but also has drift challenges where you gotta get so many points by doing drifts . you have a choice in each race of racing as a car or a motor bike, bikes are quicker in the turns and have the best acceleration but the cars burn them out on long straights. and the game has varying weather, ranging from sunny, to rainy to full on snowing with a few inchs of snow on the track sliding all over its mental, espesially on nurburgring in the snow haha. online was never fast for me to get a race with the lobby system. but if you wait in ranked you will get one, your just usually got a wait as people have to finsh their race before they come back to the lobby for a new race. or you can go custom games and join lobbys already started a race but at least you know where you are instead of waiting on a screen thats basically searching. overall i really liked this game. i want to buy it back myself soon. its a really easy to get into racer, that has quite good handing on the cars, but its forgiving enough for most people to get into it easily and pick it up fast. where you might play something like forza and drive the super fast cars and have them spin out on you alot. on here you still get good handling just if you drive a little wild it wont punish you way too much like forza will if you slip a bit the game itself isnt worth much money, second hand anyways. you can pick it up for around or just over 10pounds in the uk, even without the game though the price sounds pretty good, almost too good to be true. good deal and pgr4 is a good game to get into
