How is the 'ol Darkness?

I am deciding between Ninja Gaiden Sigma and The Darkness, I just want to know how the game is.

Good polish? Not terribly glitchy? Intense firefights? All fot these things are essential.

Seriously, if you must, skip NGS and get The Darkness.

For me, The Darkness is too much of a movie, too much less of a game. There's no doubt the visuals and presentation are top notch if not the best ever seen on the platform, however, the slow paced and too many cutscenes, make this one a beautiful slide show. Moreover, the lifetime of this one is merely 10 hours and the multiplayer is nothing to write home about. So final verdict is - Rent.AlonShen

The main storyline definitely has some length to it, though, so even if you ignore all of the extra little elements, you'll still feel like you got your money's worth out of the game. Thanks to a handful of especially mind-blowing sequences and well-crafted plot twists, you'll feel like you've covered a ton of ground by the time you reach the game's final confrontation. Gamespot

By your achievements you just pasted the first level... I just started the last chapter and well I don't have a clock counting time beside me but I have probably played for more than 12+ hours. Play it on hard and it will last it alot longer.

Gamespot just gave it a 8.5, not bad at all, but they cut and pasted the same review for the PS3 version.
