I just got the RROD last week, sent my 360 away for repairs and they said it will be 10 days. How long can I expect it to really take?
I live in Australia so any comments by Aussies are very welcome.

Wow, 4 consoles!!! Hmmm, if mine breaks down more than twice I will seriously consider getting a PS3. The X360 is such a great machine and has so many top games on it but the reliability issue is unsatisfactory.
I cannot really imagine getting a ps3 for any other reason. I like the 360 controller better than the playstation controller and nearly any game for ps3 I can get on 360.
Sent mine away last week. Still waiting for it to come back, but I checked the repair status online constantly, and it only took 2 days for the status to go from "Received your console" to "Repair or replaced your console and are shipping it back"
I should get it back now within a couple of days.
I find it strange that people send their Xbox 360's away for repair, you probably wont believe me but i have had 3 xbox 360's brake on me and i just keep taking them back to gamestation and getting a new one. Im now on my fourth 360. Mike-uk
I know this is a totally different repair status but i bought mine off Ebay for some stupid reason.
I played for 2 days got RRoD sent it back and it took him 3 months to ship it back, after i got it back i played to for a week and it failed again.
DONT BUY ELECTRONICS ON EBAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
