my 360 red ringed and i just sent it back to ms in the pre paid box, does anyone no roughly how long it will be before i get it back or i get a refurb, oh and i live in ontario if that helps
Im pretty sure everybody in canada gets a replacement XBOX sent to them as soon as their XBOX reaches the support center. At least I did, and it was only a few days. I can't see them getting it fixed and sent back to you in five days.
It took them a month to get mine back and i live in Ontario Canada. But it was around christmas time so i dont know if that had something to do with it.
Less than a week for me too, I'm not in Canada though. All in all I was impressed by how easy and fast the whole process was. They may have made a mistake with the original design, but how they dealt with fixing the problem is the most important thing at this point.

Well my unit was an Elite and supposedly the failure rate is lessened but it survived for 6-7 months. I can only assume it's how you use it or what you play on it. I usually just play FPS which I understand is stressful on the console.
