Thats because your the special one. But atleast the ps2 did recall them and gave everyone a new one that had problems. Microsoft from all the complaints that i have read i know for a fact that they should have had a recall but instead of recalling thier product they rather make people pay more. I love games it doesnt matter what system i play on but when i buy a system and had it less than 6 months now thats a problem. Oh and no my system is not in an inclosed area. Telling from the poll above and from what ive been reading on the net microsoft should have been done a recall. Majority of people have had to replace the xbox360 more than 2 times.PS2 recall? Maybe do to fire hazards, but not for all the defective diskdrives out there. I know plenty of people that did not get their diskdrive fixed for free. Â
Lucky one? Yes, because the 360 has a 90% defect rate and I'm one of the lucky 10%.Â
Dont get me wrong i love the games for the 360 but as a first time costumer of this product it really was a let down. 2 systems in less than a year is pretty bad and no im not the only one with this problem as you can see and dont just take us gamespot folks up on our word just google xbox 360 promblems and see what comes up. Â Its kind like going to a new resturant for the first time......if i find something wrong with the food i dont returne.
 I guess its gonna be your word against mine because i know people that got a free playstation2 after thiers broke you friends got juked on that deal just like i did with the 360. It wont happen again. get me once shame on me get me twice..HELL NO
