I am on my 4th Xbox for various reasons.
I got my original Xbox 360 shortly after they came out. At the time, where I live we did not have High-Speed internet. About a year later I got high speed internet but the network card in the xbox would freeze my xbox when in use. Had it replaced under warrenty.
I lost my 2nd xbox during a storm. I wasn't even playing xbox when lightning struck something and I lost my Modem, reuter and XBOX. It was kind of strange because it didn't fry the entire 360, but the video card itself was fried. Replaced under warrenty.
My 3rd XBOX got the RROD aftera couple years. My warrenty was up and had to buy a new 360 Slim.
Currently using a 360 Slim and loving it.
None. Phew. If it ever happened, I'd have to cut on "the other system" which I haven't played since Uncharted 3.
[QUOTE="illmatic8582"]As they said they got them exchanged from MS (these will be other 360s that have been repaired) so doesnt make a difference to sales figures :DNow we know how Microsoft sold so many consoles. For every one xbox owner = 5 consoles lol
jonleeprice
Sure it does
Mines about 2 years old now, so far no RRODs or disk drive problems, got lucky I guess? :P
By the way, how long does it take for the xbox to be returned from Microsoft? Just wondering in case it ever does happen to me.

Only my first Xbox 360 RROD on me. But it was a launch model from 2005. Played the hell out of it before it died. Since then I have had 3 other Xbox 360's. I sold the one that I replaced for a airline ticket for my vacation. Bought the last production run of Xbox 360 before the slim line debuted. Now I have a 320GB HDD Gears of War slim console and plain old jasper white arcade xbox 360 with a tiny 20GB HDD.
So I have had a launch model, Zehper Chip Model, Jasper chip Model Xbox 360and The Xbox 360 S 320Giger.
But only 1 RRODed and died on me.
