It depends on what level of difficulty you play it on to be honest. I finished it on Veteran and it was pretty tough and it took a while to beat it.

longer than 4-6 i'd say. I found it about twice as long as halo/gears. Though if you count potatoes-and-pants, probably 46 minutes
well i took me 2 days on veteran but if you place a potato and water melon in your pants about32 minutes and 29 seconds

i took a piss and came back and the game was over. i didnt even get to shoot anyone, just title and credits :( sniff. Actually it took me about 4 hours on normal. Its made more for the multiplayer obviously.
