Have you played the first 2 halos?SaintJimmmy
yeah i own all three. all good games- insanely repetitive single player campaign in lot of halo 1, and halo 2 had an aweful single player campaign and added dual wielding- 2 guns at once WOW! and then halo 3 looks pretty cool, solid gameplay, some neat new features and yeah okay. uh. camp out worthy- never in my life. i may have camped out for star wars episode one had i been old enough and dorky enough, but halo?!!? i never understood it. microsoft is the hype money makin king- make you think you want something so bad
seriously dude- i just played it and beat it and online is pretty fun, but i seriously am amazed at how microsoft managed to convince people to wait in line camping out over night for any halo game. thats absolutely sad, expecially when you get home and have to lie to yourself, and try desperately to convince yourself and everyone around you that it was worth it.ronniepage588I didnt do it because I didnt have a car at the time, but I would have. It is definately worth it. Playing the single player the day it released with all my friends on 4 player co-op was... undescribably fun. The online of halo 3 is also spectacular. To me the online is the reason to buy the game. The game is definately camp-out worthy. It is huge, and it is amazing.
MS didn't get people to camp out for it, stupid stores such as EB/Gamestop told everyone that if you didn't preorder you would have little chance of getting one for like a month so you better be the first in line at midnight. I walked into walmart at 11:50 and walked out with Halo at 12:05.xxxMoreBeerxxx
Sad part is, you can find games stores trying their best to sell loads of Legendary Edition boxes. That's hype for you.
Why is it everyones goal on here to try and show how non-dorky they areKingDridge
What are you talking about?

Probably because Halo: Combat Evolved was the best multiplayer since Goldeneye and Perfect Dark. Yeah that's my opinion.

halo 2 had the greatest online for any home console. i played halo 2 online for almost 2 years. halo 2s multiplayer is what caused all this, in my opinion at least
