Me don't think is that impressive; but Lamborghini's car selection is very nice

PGR4 gets a 10, and if you haven't seen the new PGR4 vid go now!
I know what the 360 can handle, and Forza 2 ain't pushing the hardware, but that may have been exactly what Turn 10's focus was. Forza 3 could show up 2 years from now, and blow the doors off everything else. The dirty work is done for them.
Well, it's amazing to see what some development houses can do with current hardware visually speaking but if you're talking specifically about simulation games, the main selling point shouldn't be just the looks. Take GT4 for PS2, sure it was gorgeous to look at, even by todays standards but what keeps me playing it even to this day is the incredibly accurate handling for each of it's 650+ cars, on or off road. It helps that it supports 1080i widescreen and looks like a wet dream, even more so on my 50" HDTV with the Logitech driving force pro steering wheel and surround sound. Last generations least powerfull console pulled off visuals that left nothing to be desired aside from no dolby digital support but hey, it was only the PS2. If forza 2 was equal to GT4 everywhere it counts and has a decent online I'm happy, if it supported Dolby Digital EX I'll be ecstatic.

dude, it's just a freeking demo. This demo was built in two days and about 2 months ago. It was going thru the certification process that's why it took so long to hit xbl. You can not judge the game based on the demo. And still, the game looked really good for a demo.

First off, cool Signature.
As for the graphics, there really are some wide ranges. Someone should setup a poll so we can actually get some final (consistent) numbers. I haven't played it yet, but I will tonight. BTW, I refuse to believe it was caught up in the XBL certification process all that time. I think MS just wanted to put it out there closer to the actual release date.

There's definitely a difference of opinions on the new Forza 2 demo. I think that the graphics did look great but I wanted to buy this game before I even played the demo...so the demo didn't weigh so heavily to my decision. Other people that might have been sceptical, are weighing the demo heavily and are greatly disappointed because it was hyped so much on the forums. All i know is that the game will only be better than the demo and just rent it if you are that sceptical.
6.5/10
Not much better than last gen. Lots of jaggies. I think people are fooling themselves about the graphics. Sure the gameplay might be great, but the graphics are lacking imo
Nothing special,i think they should of scraped 60fps for 30fps (your eye can't notice more frames than 30 a second so it's really a waste of time, unless it's a fps where the fps can dip from 30fps and actually stutter the game, because your moving so fast, therefore 60fps is noticeable) and put some more eye candy in,pgr3 looks alot better imo.blacktorn

And your eye can't notice more than 60, not 30, so yes 60 fps in noticeable.
