I Call Upon All Gamers!!!!1

Hello Fellow games i call upon everyone to help me make one of the hardest decisions ever. i can only buy one game and i have brought it down to these two games. Gears of War 2 or FallOut 3? Your modest opinion will assisst me greatly!!

I know but i can only buy one. those are the best 2 upcoming games i can think of and i need help deciding which one to choose

It's a really tough choice. I'd go with Fallout 3 from the looks of it because they said it should last at least 100 hours. Just matters if you're into online and how much you enjoyed Gears.

Ya i liked gears 1 allot but i didnt like the online so much do to the host advantage. and letss just use oblivion for an example of fallout 3 they were both such great games. but at the looks of things i might be gettin fallout

Well first, you should have posted this on the Recommendation thread, now it will probably be locked. Second, Fallout 3 all the way my friend. Fallout 3 will have more replayability, weapons, customization, Gameplay hours, characters, skills, enemies, locations, and has a non-linear storyline (don't have to follow a straight story). Overall Fallout 3 will be a much better game than GOW2 as it is overrated just a bit and unless if they add many new things to the game, it will be alot like GOW1 just with DLC and more story. Fallout 3 is worth the money to buy, whilst GOW2 I'd go for a rent. In no way do i dislike or really like either game more than the other I'm just stating facts. The plus to GOW2 is that it has online multiplayer and maybe a pretty good story and couple nice acts that are pretty fun. But, that's all GOW2 has going for it. Fallout 3 For The Win.

Why can you only buy one game? Fallout 3 is almost 2 months away, Gears 2 is a little over 2 months away. You should be able to save up some money to get both by then. $20 a week will be more than enough to get both. I don't know your situation, but do some extra chores or put in some extra hours at work.

I personally would get Gears first. But that is because I enjoyed the first one so much. Fallout 3 looks good and I am getting it as well, but this is a totally different game from the other two in the series. Well, either choice you make you can't make the wrong one. Both are looking to be equally awesome.

ya im missing my old high school days lol i graduated but i dont got a job im goin to college and i dont got enough for both lol no allowance or anythin from my parents, gas is killing me too lol

Gears 2 Can't go wrong! Good developer, good story line, nice add on "meat sheild" just for one solid online play GoW2 all the way

fallout. it's an rpg so it should serve you for a long time. by the time you are finished with it you can buy gears 2 at a much cheaper price.aoshi_shinumori

I think that is actually impossible lol u got the 60$ burning a hole in ur pocket but u gotta wait another week after the games come out to make the decision. i would probably end up buying Fallout 3 cause it comes out first.
