I didn't like Halo 3 at all

Hi there,

I never played Halo before but when I got my Xbox 360 I thought Halo 3 is one of the best games and I think alot of people like it; I just finished the single player game and I almost did't have fun, the game isn't bad but I didn't enjoy it, plus the single player campaign should be longer.

Actually I think the game is over rated; long time ago I used to play FP Shooter like Half Life, Quake and Unreal and I used to have fun, let me know your opinion guys! and is the multiplayer any good?

Yeah it is an over rated game but I still enjoyed it. Short campaign butI like the variety of vehicles and guns you can use. The multiplayer is good too although I stopped playing it because I didn't fancy forkin out for the new map packs. I also think that the story went downhill after Halo CE. Oh yeah and I thought Half Life was far better than Halo...apart from all that I think its a good game.

Halo 3 isn't horrible, it's just generic. And outclassed by Orange Box, Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2, Battlefield Bad Company, etc.

well your problem is taht you started with halo 3, and have no idea about the story so the campaign would suck...also the game gets its good reviews bc of the story(which u dont understand) and the multiplayer (which you havent played yet online)...what also sucks for you is that you bought halo 3 so you dont have all of the multiplayer maps...you should have bought halo odst, bc that is a standalone single player campaign, and it has all of the halo 3 multiplayer DLC

Yeah, I rented the game from gamestop(7 days for used games LOL) when I got a my first XBOX 360 arcade at WM($100 gc deal) and thought it was kind of bland also. The enemies almost feel a littlecomical in apperance, environments aren't inspiring,and the graphics suck. Though I will say it is very easy to pickup and play. Average game at best.

Meh to all halo games, for me they suck but I know there's a huge amount of fans out there so better keep my opinion to myself.

No, I was just pointing the main disadvantages of the game; a 9.5 rated boaring game (IMO)doesn't even has a long enough campaign. May be I am gonna try playing online.

Everything is overrated these days it's a very popular thing to call a game that you didn't enjoy. Personally I never play games that I dislike and never pay attention to reviews but that's just me.

LOL I meant "boring".

Its about to be 2010 man lol...by now everybody should know that you either like it or you don't, but I'll have to say that the campaign has great replay value when you play with friends, there is an array of vehicles and weapons to choose from. I'll admit its a bit overrated though.

it's all about online gameplay for Bungie.. since the original, the single player campaigns have got weaker and weaker and shorter and shorter.
