didnt buy warrenty with it and i cant now because i had it for a while so if it gets screwed do i have to pay to get it fixed?

Yeah, it should be good, I have an AC in my room too and my 360 is sitting on a wooden desk so it stays pretty cool.

air condition is on the right side of the xbox horizontal so thats good right?
