I've gotten a total of 7 STDs so far. My hero is a whore.

Ok but seriously here's what they effect, I think. Obviously if you go around having unprotected sex (in the game at least) you get an STD. Keep having unprotected sex and you can spread that to someone else. Then that someone else can get sick and die from is. I've noticed this after having unprotected sex with my wife and later she divorces me later still I noticed that I became a widow, meaning the ex-wife had died of course. I believe it's because of the STDs your hero had which spread to the wife. This may also be another reason for divorce within the game. And I probably don't need to say this but all of this is just a theory.

my friend got one when he was trying to do the swinger achievement. (poor master chief :lol: ) he oblitirated everyone right after.

it was without a doubt the most hillarious things i have seen in fable 2 while playing co-op with a friend.
