Well, I just tried the 2k7 demo..... I don't understand why they couldn't just make a *standard* baseball game? Why did they decide to make the batting/pitching so damn complicated? I don't want to have to worry about hitting a button at the exact right moment to pitch accurately.... I want the standard "normal/power/bunt" buttoms while I'm at bat without having to worry about anything else....
I could understand if there were already tons of other baseball games on the 360 that did it the standard way and the devs wanted to try something different... After looking around a bit, it looks like 2k7 is going to be the only baseball game available for the 360. This just really sucks. I suppose if I want a baseball game I'll just have to adjust, but overall I didn't have even a small amount of enjoyment while playing the demo.
Please tell me I'm just missing something and there's a *normal* baseball game coming out soon for the 360?
Dude are you seroius. 2k is trying to make one of the most realistic LOOKING as well as most relistic playing sports game out there. Cut them some slack. And you know u love those grafixs
2k bought the rights to 3rd party mlb baseball games the only way there could be another baseball game would be if microsoft made one or if another company made one without useing real mlb teams and players so i doubt it will happen sorry

I honestly couldn't care less about graphics......Sure 2k7 looks pretty good, but if the gameplay sucks it doesn't make a difference.
i dont think it was that bad and i hate complicated BB games, i think it would just take a little time to get used too then i would be like butter after pictching a for a bit i got the hang of it, what i didnt understand was the batting but more time and i would get i am sure but the graphics are great i was very suprised. I will never buy it on launch though just not really into BB on a console,
Well, I'm a little bummed that I don't even have two games to choose from, but, meh so what.
This game's gonna be fun. Someone needs to dominate the baseball market the way Madden dominates football. Maybe this will be the start of something good.
That's all the baseball games I played is the 2k series and so this one was quite disappointing, considering it's suppose to be "next-gen". Really, there are no major improvements and/or innovations. It's exactly the same **** from the first game I got of the series which was 2k5. Close up gfx improved but overall gfx the same. The in-game mlb scoreboard is still **** up as well as stats, if you're playing franchise mode. Commentary hasn't changed either so really this game should of sold for $29!
