i need major help in Dead Rising

i need some help in the part where Carlito planted 5 bombs in the maintance tunnel and i have to disarm them but everytime i try my vehicle breaks, so i need some adviceGhostRiderMike

Get the Small Chainsaw at Wonderland Plaza by going up the back stair to the roller coaster ride from the very bottom floor. There will be zombies crowding the stairs. At the top is a Small Chainsaw.

Also get the 3 books which make it last for a very long time:

Book 1 "Engineering" at Bachman's Bookporium - Location: P108 - Paradise Plaza

Book 2 "Entertainment" at the same store as Book 1

Book 3 "Criminal Biography" at Sir Book-A-Lot - Location: W204 - Wonderland Plaza

Use the Small Chainsaw on Carlito. It will take him out and you will be free of him to hunt the bombs.
