I saw a man fly?????????????

The other night while playing Call of Duty 4 on Xbox360 I saw a person who could fly. I no il get grief for this but i would love to understand how this works. Ive done it all on that game (or so I thought) and I want something new to explore NOT exploit.

its called freeze jumping.

Dude ya i seen that today on Pipeline, he went from one building to the other but i popped him in the face lol

Ok explain this whole freeze jumping thing. Im skeptical that its what it was but im all ears.
