Has anybody called Microsoft since this development. I want to know how this thing work, if it works. I want to know what they ask for and what they need to complete the process. I want my money back for their terrible service.
i myself have been dubbed the MLO ( Microsoft liason Officer), send my your checking account information and i will be sure to reimburse you, no i am sure they will detail the plan and most likely they will ask for your reciepts or way to prove which everyone has probably thrown away by now
