i think IGN will give the number 1 spot to GTA4. 2nd would be Halo3 and 3rd Fallout3 or gears1.

You should get used to it. Forza 3 might be the second highest rated exclusive, but that's because it's judged on the standards set by other racers.

It's not equal to a 95 for an FPS, RPG or RTS, three genres that constantly raise the standards. Also, exclusive means nothing. A game is a game, regardless of if you can play it on the PS3, PC or Wii.

I actually like this list it's different from the average top 25 so far at least. I thought hype would influence the list but so far it hasn't.

Agreed. That game was closer to perfection than most others, including many that will inevitable make high points; i.e., Gears of War and Street Fighter IV.

As long as Tales of Vesperia, Kameo, Fallout 3, Call of Duty 2, and Eternal Sonata find their way on that list, then I'll be good.

Scores are based on one person's opinion. This is a staff-wide list, get with it. Also, scores for game do not always indicate that one is necessarily better. Consider IGN, they gave MGS4 and GTA4 a 10 if I'm not mistaken but their GotY was Fallout 3 which scored less than a 10.

Also, when IGN did this list a year or so ago, Mass Effect was number 1, and it is not the highest scoring Xbox 360 game out. It's all subjectivity and a group opinion. Grow up.

I love all the COD fanboys making commets on the site. They are enraged, but its great to see Lost Odyssey on that list but thre rest EHH...

I think COD4 is higher in the same sense that COD4 was the bar setter.

And I have to agree with your Dragon Age statement. It should easily be in the top 15. Especially considering the lack of RPG's on the XBOX (not turnbased). I am glad to see Mass Effect at the top though. The climax of that game was so perfect.

Good list agree with ME for number one but Halo Wars should switch places with dead space.
