IGN's Top 25 Xbox 360 Games (final list)

How does MW go ahead of MW2. when ign rated MW2 higher

i love how the put halo wars and halo 2 odst so high in the list. looks like they got a bunch of random high scoring games and through them in a random order bad list.

That list is terrible. How did Halo wars even get on it? the IGN Team Bashes the heck out of that game on the 3 Red Lights podcast.

Shadow Complex is on the list? ....Even though Castlevania SotN is on the XBLA?

Halo ODST? Lost Odyssey over Tales of Vesperia and Dragons Age.

Also, If Left 4 Dead 2 is so much better than the first in every single possible way man can think of. Why isn't it on the list when Left 4 Dead is?

And if they are going by Populatity, Shouldn't CoD:WaW be on that list just because of that Nazi Zombie mode? People talk about that thing endlessly, but ODST gets on there for basically copying the idea?

They didn't copy the idea. The co-op modes that Gears of War 2, CoD WaW, and ODST have is nothing new. Well, actually the whole zombies out of nowhere thing is a little different. Ghost Recon has had much better co-op options like that since the original Xbox games in its series, the Resident Evil series has its extra modes where you go around killing things either for points or to survive, Rainbow Six has terrorist hunt modes, at least since the third game.

Unlike what most people think Co-Op modes like this were not started by Epic and Gears of War 2, they just did what was pretty much already in place, and now everyone else started doing it. The funny thing is, Epic and Bungie didn't even do a good job of it.

Guys this list is pretty much all opinion. Maybe they liked halo wars more than other games? Just because it didnt get the best score doesnt mean that its a bad game. Also modern warfare beat MW2 because it hasnt been out for very long, the matchmaking right now is terrible and laggy.

This list is pretty much dead on, on the top 10. I don't really think MW1 should of been #2, but oh well.

As far as lists go this is one is pretty good.

Gears 2 or gtfo.

I can't get enough of Orange Box, so much content. I appreciate its high spot, but I think it should be higher. I also think that arcade games should not be on this list at all. They are in a different league of their own.
