Yay! Can't wait to snatch this XBLA game. Does anyone know about when exactly it will be available for download?

For those unfamiliar, Ikaruga is an extremely-challenging top-down shooter, originally released for the DC and later ported to the GC. And now I get to play it for the X360. Hurrah!

Anyone else getting this game?

This seems like a good game since the dreamcast and gc versions got 8.5 and 8.8 not too shabby.

I am so looking forward to this game. I never tracked down a copy for gamecube but I've played a few levels. Shooters (the real shooter genre, not FPS) are probably my favorite and most enjoyable genre of games. I miss the days where getting the high score was most important, not just beating the game.
