Is Bioshock too frighting/violent for a 13 year old?

The game's content is not suitable for a 13 year old. It's rated 'M' for a reason.

I played Duke Nukem when I was five. Wolfenstein 3D when I was younger. Blood doesn't matter to me. Bioshock isn't really a scary game.

The game should be fine for him.

i mean the blood is not much of a factor, but if he already knows the F word then it should be fine.

im 13 and i think the game is awsome, none of it creeped me out or anything....

but gears of war, F.E.A.R, doom 3.... ALL far worse games with blood.

and doom is just down right disturbing..
