Is Halo 3 going to remain a 360 exclusive?

Yeah, it's probably not going to matter anyway. If Microsoft decides to port it, it'll be when Halo 3's relavence is over.

Considering ODST comes out this fall, the earliest I could see Halo 3 coming to the PC would be some time in 2010.

By then I'd imagine not many people are going care to much about Halo 3.

Yeah, they'll probably use it to promote Windows 7, like they did with Halo 2 and Shadowrun, but it will probably fail miserably, like Halo 2 and Shadowrun. PC gamers have better FPS titles to spend their money on.
