Is it just me or is 2008 horrible for games?

fallout 3, fable 2, gears of war 2, left 4 dead, Halo wars, star wars unleashed, soul caliber IV, too human, and not too mention the bevy of new titles that microsoft should annouce at E3 for the holiday season just like they did last year and even without those games these are alone enough in my opinion. Not too mention titles like GTAIV and Ninga Gaiden II how can u say thsi year is lackluster?

So far, this has been a great year for games.

Rainbow Six Vegas 2 - Battlefield: Bad Company - GTA IV. THis is a 360 board, so I won't even start of what has come out so far for the other console.

Soul Calibur IV, The Force Unleashed, Dead Space, Saints Row 2, numerous JRPG'S (if that's your thing), there be plenty.

08 is primitive in comparrisson to 07, possibly best gaming year ever, but 08 looks very solid.

why does everyone think 07 was the best year of gaming i can swear that it was 04 didnt we get gta san andreas, a good madden at the time, halo and ton of other stuff maybe wow i cant rememeber

It's good. Not as good as 2006 or 2007, but still pretty good I think.

Unreal 3, GTA IV, Gears 2, Fable 2, Banjo 3, Rockband 2, Guitar Hero World Tour, Soul Calibur 4, MGS4, Devil May Cry 4, Ninja Gaiden 2, Too Human, Halo Wars, Saints Row 2, Call of Duty: World at War, Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery, The Last Remnant, Tales of Vesperia, Sonic Unleashed(iffy on that), Battlefield: Bad Company, Viva Pinata 2.... Doesnt sound bad to me.
