is it posible to use Masseffect bonus disc on other console?

i've MassEffect Platinum Hits eition and it bonus disc. and some of my friends want to borrow it from me.(i didnt give to him yet)

i want to know if he install DLC(bring down the sky) and Exc.ME Premiumtheme can he use it as i did?

and will i get Ba_n or anything
