is my 360 special?

i got the elite the first day it came out and i brought it broken i was wonderin if this problem ever happened to anyone

my 360 would not play ubisoft games right. for example i would play a tom clany game and the sound woulndt be right. there be weird noises and on graw 2 during the campaign the sound just stopped and never came back. then on assasins creed the game would be all flashy with lights and crap (i know it isnt suppose to be like that cuz i played it at my friends house on his 360)

also i got orange box for christmas and sound was wierd in main menu and when i would go to start a game it would freeze during the load.

also when i played halo 3 the sound had backround nosies.

so has anyone had this problem? also i sent my 360 about three weeks ago should i expect it to come this week or is the retrival time to unpredictable?

you had problems with halo 3 and orange box.. why are you saying its only ubisoft?
