Is Splinter Cell Conviction A 360 Exclusive?

I remember reading somewhere that the next Splinter Cell game was an exclusive to 360.  I'm wondering if this is the one?  Anyone know for sure?

 The supposed story is that Fisher learns that there is a threat to Anna Grimsdottir so he rejoins NSA but NSA is not what it used to be and he finds out that the threat to Anna is coming from within the NSA so he quits and becomes a fugitive.

This is only a story that I heard on a website so I dont know how accurate it is.

But the screenshots from the link you put in do look fake.
