is there any XBL games where you can create a character?

Is there any XBL games where you can create your own character? or change your character appereance?

I heard that in Rainbow six vegas, you can create your own character, and even use your own face with the webcam!

In Halo 3 you can unlock different helmets and things for the armor of the character

In gears of war, you can select skins between the characters from the story mode. even though this is not really creating a character, I guess its better than everyone looking the same!

I was wondering if there was any more? I heard that in COD4 there is a create-a-class feature but that might just be technical perks and not appereance!??

Please reply if you know. i would love to play an online XBL game that had this feature. I think individualism is underrated. Particularly in the online space.

Saint's Row has by far the most customizable XBL avatar thus far.

There's Phantasy Star Universe. Cost money to play online though I think.
