Is this a bad ping for Modern Warfare 2?

My ping is usually 109. But this week it has been crap lately. Its 156 and only stays around there. I have a feeling its not going to change anytime soon. Is it good enough? I dont want my connection to ruin my fun on Christmas when i get MW2.

who is your ISP, and what kind of connection do you have?

depends on your PC as well, if the specs aren't that good, you will receive some lag from that as well.

also the game does not have dedicated servers, it is like the xbox 360 and ps3 where someone is the host, so if their connection is garbage, you will lag as well.
