As a brother from the hood I personally see anyone under 10k to not be a baller.V4LENT1NEAmen to that...
Gamerscore is not an indication of the presence of skill.Staryoshi87
Uhm Yes it most certainly is... Sure there are plenty of games like King Kong that reward you for just playing the game, but others like Guitar Hero 3 and Call of Duty 4 have some achievements that are actually hard to get unless you are good at the game.
Gamerscore is not an indication of the presence of skill.Staryoshi87did someone say otherwise? anyway, 800 is low as hell i mean i dont judge people by the gamerscore by any means but if my gamerscore dropped too 800, id be pissed
If you only care about gamerscore you probably can get 20k in over a week. 40 hours of game play. I remember when I just picked up my xbox on release date all the games only had 10-15 achievement. Im currently at 24k but I just play the games. Only time I care about an achievement is if people/reviwers claims it impossible to get or if it seems fun to get achieve.
A couple months? Should be at least 1500. Well, depends how many games you have. jensen_slipknot4 games ive had the actualsystem for a few months ive had the hdd 4 a week or 2 my score is now 1200
[QUOTE="Darkslayer16"]That's really low.. even if you don't try for achievements you should have more then that just by playing games for fun.Th3-UnS33nWHy, just cause he's not as much of a nerd as you and don't play 24/7 just to whore achievements?
[QUOTE="elektrixxx"]Dude, you suck!ultralesus
Forgive me... It's hard to find time for computer games what with work, socialising and all the sex with my GF. It's a hard life.
yeah but i doubt thats true cos look at ur posts thats not a lifeGamerscores don't harm anyone. If you like them, great. If you don't, then just ignore them.
Personally I enjoy the challenge of maximising my gamerscore on my games, and myself and my friends enjoy a healthy rivalry when it comes to our gamerscores. Ultimately it has no reflection on you, just on how many games you play and how intensively you play them.
I try to get 100% in most of my games. I have 40,000 GS and 75% completion To me anything under about 10k is either a new player or casual gamer. 10k - 30k is fairly normal for a lot of people. 30k+ shows they like to play a lot of gamesAvenger1324I think that is a bit presumptive on your part. I for instance, don't play much multiplayer games so my gamerscore is 90% single player games. If I played a lot of Live games my score would be almost doubled because online points are so easy to get. I've had my 360 for just over a year and I am not a new player or casual gamer, I play games on other systems than just the 360 as well.
I don't think about achievements or look up how to get them either I simply play the game like I would on any other system.
