Is XBox Live down again??

Is anyone else not able to connect to XBox Live? XBox.com also seems to be down, coming up with a "Server too busy" message :(

Well I just got kicked from the party, can't rejoin. Marketplace isn't working, can't play online games and my friends cant connect to Live.

So yeah, its down... again.

Yup, Xbox Live is down for me... I turned my xbox off to let it rest then 15 minutes later BAM! I can't connect. I thought I was the only one. It says Server Too Busy to me too.

Down for me too, hopefully it'll be back up soon.

I don't mind live being down its just I brought the Prince of Persia add on last night and now whenever I go to load a game it just sits there loading and the game doesnt start up.

I'm guessing this is because I cant play it while disconnected from live?

live is down for me as well, cant log on the xbox.com either :( bummer!

Oh good, I'm not the only one. I sure hope Gears 2 doesn't give me an incomplete match penalty though.

Well, I'm kind of glad I'm not just having issues on my end. I just decided today, "Hey, I'll start playing FO3 again, but this time I'll register my copy and go for achievements (PC version)." And then it wouldn't connect at all....irritating!!!LongZhiZi

same here- I fiddled with my modem and router and was hoping my 360 wasn't broken :)

might explain why suddenly everyone left on the opposite team on battlefield bad company, even though they were winning...

Yeah, my Live isn't connecting either. I thought it was just me (maybe my membership had run out) but I'm glad to hear that it's not just me.

just rang them and the guy was saying it is down for scheduled maintenance but i did not get a message or a email and he said i should have done so did anyone else get a message?

I tested connection and XBL failed.

I just dropped connection and can't sign back in. Also in my GameSpot profile it isn't loading my gamertag, which suggests it is a bigger problem.Avenger1324

I went +19 on Sandbox, then it kicks me off! Must have been the shady 10 year old scousers I was playing with

We got Undertow, which I didn't even bother to download. This ISN'T scheduled. There has been no notification or anything. Something has gone wrong, and Microsoft need to admit to it.

I dont think it was scheduled maintenance, all day today people had problems purchasing things from the marketplace and if they was able to purchase it, they couldnt download or play it. MS has a message up on their site saying they are aware of the problems and are trying to fix them

From What i have seen this forum started around 3 am. well its almost 7:30 am where i am so yeah i think its a long thing and its starting to make me mad how long its taking. me and my friends really just want to hang out today cause they didnt go to school and i graduated last year so its not often through the year we get to spend a day hanging out on xbox live.

Im cool I was just getting some easy point off of Chronicles of Narnia, and I have inFamous for the PS3, as well as Star Ocean and Infinite Undiscovery to finish.

Too bad for those that are thirsty for some online, hope it comes up soon.

haha...I fiddled with both and finally decided to check the threads...

oh well, time to break out the Dreamcast!! (if only SegaNet were still around)
