Not all the xbox's in stores have Jasper. Not even recently manufactured ones.

If it says 12V - 14.2A:5V you are looking at a 'FALCON'

if it says 12V - 12.1A:5V you've got yourself a 'JASPER'

ive got 1 falcon , 2 zephrs, 1 is a new one arcade unit, no jaspers here, but i noticed a difference in the power cord of the new 08-09 360s, they have extra vents, which help more,

so falcon and jaspers are the best ones, the zephr are bad, well the old ones are, im not sure of the arcade ones, i haven had a single problem with arcade units,
