I'd believe it. I remember back in the Xbox days, when I used a one year card to update my XBL it didn't actually add to my time left, it just gave me a year from that date (even though I had 4 months and change remaining on my previous subscription). I was really pissed, until a couple of weeks later I got a check from MS for about $20. They are pretty good about that kind of thing.

yeah i dont know why when people post something it becomes an automatic grill fest.....it was news a while back about refund being sent out too cover the extended warranty stuff..so a $157 check doesnt sound ridiculous to me...no no..it sounds right
At the end of the day... MS gave me back my money and Freaky monkey is still wondering if Bill Gates personally writes up checks...
