Just got a new xbox 360 with HDMI

I got it like 2 hours ago, and I played DOA 4 for like an hour. So far, I think everything is cool. I mean, my xbox 360 says, it was manufactured on 7/5/07.

Yes, it has HDMI built in.

I noticed that it is a lot quiter than my friend's xbox 360. He bought it last year and yea, his xbox 360 is really loud.

I realized that my projector is actually really loud....

However, I still think my xbox 360 is pretty hot. So, I am not sure about 65 mm chip...

Anyway, I hope to see you all online.

you broke 2 rules 360 noob. One you said nametags. Its gamertags but hey its ok just dont get caught saying it online. Just remember nametags are for kindergardeners gamertags for us gamers with no lifes. haha jp jp And also you never but another systems name or character in ur gamertag... i mean really keep the wii to yourself ur on 360

Welcome to the club! Don't worry about the chip since the exact same data streams thru it regardless. I assume it is a Premium model with HDMI?

Enjoy it. It's goind to be on thru Christmas since so many great games are coming (and a huge existing library to try, too.)

please share which store you got it from because i went to a bunch of stores yesterday looking for one and NOBODY had them yet (or just blew me off because they're lazy a$$es... circuit city, im looking at you!).

A lot of stores are holding xbox 360s until August 12 th and even after that, they won't release a Premium model with the hdmi until the old ones are depleted.

Go try local target store that is where I got mine.

DO NOT GO TO BESTBUY. They are giving a xbox 360 with tennis game, but who CARES? HDMI IS more important...

Is there a sticker on the box or something that says it has the HDMI port or is it on the back of the box with the feature list?

target seems to be the way to go just like my man said.

hdmi input + "zephyr" on the sku (manufacturing date of 7/2/07)

make sure you check the SIDE OF THE BOX for "hdmi output" because it does NOT say so on the front.

now if you'll excuse me ive got a mall full of zombies to kill.
