After spending these past few weeks on Halo3, I must say that I returned to cod2. Halo 3 is just a run and gun. You start shooting someone, they shoot at you, you win, then the person behind them finishes you off because your shield is gone. There are no stealthy kills because of the radar. Not very original. COD2, you can lay down in the back of trucks, stealth kill, not worry about recharging your sheilds after every battle. I hope COD$ captures the same magic. Most of us on COD2 have returned from Halo3.Another bad thing in Halo3 is the sniper. On the narrows, you can jump up in the rafters and pick off anyone trying to cross the bridge, on the one level with the fort, you can grab a sniper and walk down and camp in the water, and pick off anyone coming down after you. I'm sure people like their mindless gunning but I found that I was much more tactical in COD2. I leveled up to like level 20 in team slayer, and it was the same old thing every game. I cant wait for COD4!
Yeah, CoD3 is even awesomer too! Halo 3 has become too much like work for me, so I LOVE playing CoD3. CoD3's graphics are just stunning, and the gameplay is more realistic.

Hey, wanted to know, is cmpaign long, because it might be comparable to #4 because of the same developers
At the start of playing halo 3 MP it was amazing! Blasting people with these sweet looking guns but after awhile it just gets old and boring! You waste a whole clip into somebody and they still don't dieand meleeing somebody is just useless because its soo broken that the other guy always wins. Even IF you hit him with your weapon it doesn't mean it happened on his screen and he wins.
At least in cod 2 you don't live after you get shot one hundred times.
How can you still play that game?!?!? COD 2 was fun at launch, but got old rather quick, like a couple months later, not even.(as did PDZ.) Dont get me wrong, it was one of the best WW2 games out there, but compared to FPS out now, it is complete trash! Everything about it is already dated, which is sad. The graphics, which were only decentanyways when it came out, are now total rubbish, and almost last-gen. The online sucks horribly, 4 on 4, same thing over and over, lame maps now, no vehicles, simple gameplay now, no phyics engine, no enviroment interaction whatsoever,its just ughhh now. COD3,s multplayer is still servicable though. There is just so many FPS to play that destroy that game now. COD 4is going to incredible though.

I agree partly on that though. Halo 3's ranked matchmaking is more like work, or a second lame job, trying to level up, and trying to not level down from lame losses. It is more frusturating than fun most of the time. But Social, and Custom multiplayer matches(especially fun custom gametypes and maps, and Infection) just cant be beat.
You want realism like this the only game you should be playing is GRAW 2. COD2 only has 8 players in a room and COD3 lags all the time. Plus Halo 3 lets you customize more than ever. I will say that Halo 3 isn't the same type of game so if you are a more tactically-oriented person than COD and GRAW games might be for you but I'm saying that for me Halo 3 suits me entirely.
