yea it was kinda impressive...but i just don't like the look of it...it's so grey and depressing, lol...and i'm not too hyped for it because well, killzone 1 sucked, so maybe it will be good or not, we'll just have to wait and see

The greys remind me of GoW. Killzone 1 did blow. Seems that Killzone 2 is gonna to be off the charts. Seems more is on the line now.
Anyone else underwhelmed by the killzone video. So far PS3 still is not showing me a game that I need to play or a reason to buy their system.seriousdan74
i thought it looked pretty good, but gameplay is another story.someof the lighting effects, and the way characters moved looked really really good.i hope it plays as good as it looks. the next year should bring out good games for both the 360 and ps3.
It didn't look as good as that fake trailer from 2005. It was along the similar lines the way it was executed though. When the guys in that ship got blown up the fire from behind them looked like crap. Other than that it looks okay. But, it does look like it will be alot of greyness. Looks alittle too intense for a FPS. They didn't do too good on the heads as I thought but when they put on their helmets it looked good.
Great character models and animation, everything else was completely dissapointing. Trashy textures and dumb as a rock AI with generic FPS gameplay that I got bored of last gen.

Depending on which Call of Duty? But this game could of looked like the CGI from 05 and I still wouldn't of been impressed with the gameplay mechanics they showed. I had high hopes for it too. Character models surpassed what I was hoping for, but everything else fell very short
Looks great to me. if the gameplay is as good as the graphics it's a buy for me. maby it will get the bad taste out of my mouth that Killzone 1 left behind.:P
Are you kidding? The whole Sony press conference was spectacular! Makes me want to switch to Sony. BTW You are probably just saying that in retaliation to Halo's trailer, which was horrible. The whole Microsoft press conference was a waste of time.
All it has is graphics. Shooting the same character models over and over didn't look too fun, and seeing how bad the first one played I have no reason to expect anything more from the second.

And now the level 2 is here. I was quite bored of the Sony Conference. I saw many hopes and promises but barely anything interesting for this year that wasn't multiplat. After the dissapointments of resistance and motorstorm I don't jump the gun on what Sony hypes.
Microsoft showed me about 20 games I will buy this year alone for the 360. The only one for the PS3 I am sure of buying is Heavenly Sword. Also Killzone 2 and MGS4 pushed back to 08 is not a good thing
