So I recently went to a Kinect demo at a local mall. If you have: children, plan on having friends sit behind you while you play, pets, can't stand farther than 8 feet from the tv, have bad lighting, small area to move around, plus other things I can't even think about, do not waste your 150 bucks. At this event they had people trying Kinect in these concealed rooms that had their own lighting, blocked others from being behind you, and had twice the amount of room as a normal apartment living room. Also, the thing cannot recognize fingers, which I thought was something they said it could do. I actually felt kind of tense while playing because they had these circles on the ground that the attendant told us not to go out of. So what I want to know is if for 150 bucks we are going to get an attendant and our own prefab living room with our kinect bundle?
