If you're impatient then I suggest The Witcher 2. Otherwise Dragon's Dogma comes out in a couple of weeks, and while the demo wasn't amazing it was still fun to play and from what I've seen on YouTube and GameTrailers it's going to be a phenomenal game.
Dark souls will probably last the longest, but its frustratingly difficult, Witcher 2 has an awesome story and gamplay...they are both great games, it only depends on how much time you have to spare.
I am playing KoA currently and loving every minute of it. It is well worth the money and definatly worth getting. I have yet to play Dark Souls but everyone who comes in and trades it in or returns it always says its good but very very hard. We haven't had anybody trade in or really give any reviews on the Witcher yet aside from one guy who made the comment that "its a porno with a little bit of game included." It looks really good though, I can't wait to get my hands on it. Have you tried any of the Fallout games?? Those are definatly worth looking into also if you haven't, I loved Fallout 3 more than New Vegas.
If you have Mass Effect 3, then you definitely want to get the whole story-- pick up Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. Both are action RPGs, like the third one. One of the advantages that 360 owners have over PS3-only people is that the original Mass Effect is exclusive to the 360. It contains alot of storyline and you can import your save file from the first to the second game, then from the second to the third.
