Madden 10 demo..

So for those of you who have had a chance to play the Madden 10 demo, what are your thoughts on this years incarnation of Madden? I think the graphics are absolutely stunning for starters. It looks so real. You really get a feeling of being at or watching a real televised game. Gameplay wise, the passing game feels much more realistic with the automatic QB dropbacks depending on what pass plays you call. I also like the way the running game feels. Imo, EA has hit the nail on the head for this years Madden.

Completely different from last year's game in every possible way

Last year's was great and I didn't think it would be topped but by changing the formula they now have the most authentic NFL football experience in video game history.

What I notice most is that the AI now has vision AI where it's not seeing things behind their heads and the separation is absolutely terrific. You now see the advantages of having a player that can work in small spaces when doing a crossing route unlike last year where you could just tell your burner to go across the field and get him the ball with no problems.

The defense is great with the ability to really feel like you're in control even after first contact.

You really do play to the whistle on both sides of the ball now

omg you can actually burn DBs? thank god! thats what i hated about madden in previous years, seperation was almost impossible to get, even with randy mosschaoscougar1

The Gamestop demo is set for release tonight at 9 pm est. Full 5 minute quarters with the Steelers and the Cardinals..should be very nice. I will keep checking my inbox to see if the code comes early. Brewhawk

Can I ask you why you preordered a game for the demo instead of getting one of the other deals out there?

gamespot had a special demo for reserving 5 minute quarters of the superbowl, cardinals and steelers on the 30th I believe, there will be a demo released for the marketplace Cowboys vs Giants in a snowy night game.KingDridge

They also do release day delivery (but I think that's only for Prime members)
