Only nudity in Mafia 2 are the playboys. No cutscene has nudity in it as far as I can remember. The playboys are an optional side quest, where they are a easter egg, scattered through each chapter and you have to physically pick them up in order to view. Simply do not pick them up and you will not have any issues.
The blowjob part is, unfortunately for you, part of the main game. Nothing gets shown but it is heavily implied that the guy is receiving, erm, happy mouth time. Don't fret though, you can skip the scene (well, I could in the PC version so I'm assuming that it works the same way for the 360 one).

Well, they don't often, but we have an open floorplan and the living room is by the computer which my mom is on alot, so she could still hear things. And my dad sometimes watches because he likes games with cool settings (Assassins Creed, RDR)

Another part in the game is when there's women in Joe's apartment but again no nudity is shown. Although the game has some explicit dialog and adult themed conversations.

Mafia 2 is more like an R rated movie. There's plenty of cursing, mainly from Joe. Adult themes but nothing too explicit, and a lot of violent shoot outs. If you're this concerned about your parents feeling disturbed about it, why not look into another game instead? If your parents watched you play RDR and seen the minor sex scene then Mafia 2 should be no big deal. That's if they don't easily feel offend by foul language. Never played LA Noire or AC:B yet, but I'm sure Mafia 2 isn't as bad as those titles.
There is also a prison scene (you can't cut this part out) where you have to literary fight to protect your rear end in the shower. No nudity shown here but it would be an awkward situation playin this part with your mom or dad watching.

No, in L.A noire there is nudity - Yet you didn't feel awkward with your parents staring at a dead woman's breasts? Oh well... Mafia 2 is not worse then rdr or l.a noire...
