Mage or rogue? Dragon Age 2?

Hi i just recieved dragon age 2 in the post today and i am not sure whether to play a mage or rogue for my first playthrough

If it arrived today you're presumably in the UK or at least Europe... can the day one DLC be downloaded now or do we have to wait till the official release day of tomorrw?

I'm definitely going rogue.

Not played DA2 yet, but I found that mage > all on Origins :P Covers all your bases; good crowd control spells, spike/high DPS spells for strong targets; and the only means of healing w/o potions.

HI, yes i am from the UK and yeh the dlc codes do work today, did for me anyway. im trying rogue atm like the look of mage too tho but i always die quick if enemies get on me all at once whereas on the rogue i can take quite a lot of dmg. but will probably play both eventually, dunno which 2 play first though :/

I personally love the mage npcs in the game and hate the rogue npcs. So, I'll play the rogue myself.
