Mass Effect 1 Menus

Hey guys, just a question about the menus in Mass Effect 1, they seem to have these lines as can be seen in this picture:

They are more noticable when playing the game yourself, is that just how the game is?
And as a side question, what's the best site for an Xbox 360 gamercard.

I am pretty sure thats just how the menu looks.

And theres a ton of sites to get your gamertag. Just depends on what you want it to look like.

That looks normal to me.

I haven't had a gamercard in my sig since mygamercard.net was taken down
