I honestly think that they should not have even sold this game to the public! I mean it was nothing like the 1st one.... It was worse. It might have been just me thinking this game is a complete disgrace but i wasted my $60 on this piece of garbag. So if anyone agrees with me post here!
I'm pretty sure most of the people who bought it ages ago or read the reviews already found this out...Sorry it took you so long and you spent 60 bucks on it! I bought it from Craigslist like new for 30 bucks and sold it on Amazon, after beating about half of it, for $40!!!
However, I would give it a 6.5. I loved being able to destroy everything in sight, etc. and I give it an extra point just for that. I really enjoyed some parts of the game and it did have a fun factor that I couldn't resist, even thought there were so many things wrong with it.
if it looks like a sucky game and acts like a sucky game and gets reviewed like a sucky game.. then it's probably a duck. too bad gamespot screwed ya over one more time ;)
How is it a disappointment? Its an awesome game! Free roaming, fun missions, blowing up crap. What else could you ask for? Ya'll are spoiled!! : /iwantasong
The 1st game had that and did it better without the glitches and braindead enemy a.i.
I haven't had any glitches happen so far. (i hope i didn't just jinx myself : P) and the a.i isn't THAT braindead. At least it makes it an easier game. : D

It varies with the glitches, and while the tanks and choppers pose a threat, most foot soldiers don't, plus I like make games to have a real challenge, I don't like to play games that are too easy.
Well, I think what really made this game less fun was always having to constantly worry over oil. You would resort to stealing oil from a faction you are on good terms with and have to pay a lot of money back to get back on good terms and you had to worry about how much you had when calling anything which really is the biggest pain in this game. I think people also missed the deck of 52. The pirates and the dialogue in this game is really cheesy. Every time you play as Mattias he constantly says "RPG! My favorite." and stupid stuff like that which gets annoying after a while. All the factions have 4 bases you have to take over and it's just repetitive. I haven't beaten the game yet but I'm a little over halfway done. Some hard missions you do, all you unlock is a useless vehicle.
Well, I had no expectations for this game and it wasn't even on my radar; I had never even played the first. My friend convinced me to buy it on launch day, and I really enjoyed it personally.
