I don't think it's final. The CoD tag just seems to be thrown in there and doesn't really go with the rest. Otherwise it looks pretty cool.

looks pretty cool, I guess they're going with the more "badass" feel than in past titles, where it had more of a "glorious" charge type thing to it.

This image has already been seen long time ago(the supposed game cover) but the cod there is ugly IMO Should be modern warfare2 without the cod since treyarch ruined the cod name. but whatever i just want the game :P
