Hmmm. I remember how excited i was when i was really young and first beat Sonic on the Genesis (on my own). I also remember how amazing i found GTA 2 ( i think it was the second one, it was on the DC, and was top down, might have been number 1). Hmmm ,my first 15 minutes of RE4 was pretty fantastic. The first time i played FNR3 on a 42" HDTV was intense.
Playing Twilight Princess for the first time. Playing and winning in a 3 hour Castle Blood Fair on AoE2: The Conqueror's Expansion (ok, not 15 min, but still awesomeness!)
Probably in recent memory would be the Bioshock demo, since it was only like 15 minutes and I was in awe the entire time and it pumped me up enough to go out and preorder the game.
The last scene in Halo 1 when you driving through the exploding level and the timer is running down and you have to get to your ship to get off. I was on the edge of my seat and it was probably the most exciting moment I've ever had in a videogame.
